ASSC 14 - Accommodation Information
ASSC 14 will be held in Downtown Toronto at the conference venue and hotel 89 Chestnut. We have made a group reservation sufficiently large to accommodate all participants wishing to stay at the venue. We hope that the capacity to accommodate all conference attendees within the conference venue will contribute to the relaxed and social environment that ASSC conferences have become famous for.
89 Chestnut is affiliated with the University of Toronto and the rooms are clean and well equipped but should be considered comfortable and modest. Both single and double rooms are available, containing either 1 double bed or 2 double beds respectively. Both rooms are priced at CA$94/night (including Breakfast). As we expect that many conference attendees may like to share a double room for the price of CA$47/night, a room share facility has been arranged by the ASSC student committee (CLICK HERE for a link to the room share forum).

TO MAKE A ROOM RESERVATION:
A reservation portal has been created by 89 Chestnut for ASSC conference attendees. If you would like to make a reservation please follow these steps:
*CLICK HERE* to open the reservation page in a new window.
On the bottom right hand corner of the page click where it says "To enter your Approval Code Click Here."
Select "Create a New account".
type “Rotman” as the approval code and press "Submit".
Create a new account and provide your credit card and contact details.
Once your account has been created click on the link to view the hotel room offers.
Select your dates and press "Submit Dates".
Select whether you would like a single room (1 double bed) or double room (2 double beds).
