Accomodation

June is a busy time for conferences in Berlin. We strongly recommend that you book a room as soon as possible.

A very useful reservation site is: http://www.visitberlin.de/

When considering a room please note that Berlin has excellent public transport that runs all night, so you may get a much better deal if you book at some distance from the conference site at the Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften, Jägerstrasse 22/23, 10117 Berlin.

In an effort to aid delegates we have reserved blocks of rooms in various hotels within the city, which are listed below. The following hotels are listed purely on the basis of availability in January 2009. We expect other potentially more convenient hotels to become available closer to the date of the conference. Special information about student options will appear in February.

Before booking a room we recommend checking the reservation service above, and other booking services, to ensure you find the hotel that best suits your needs.

To book a room at one of the hotels below, simply call the hotel in question, and ask for one of the rooms reserved under the name of the “ASSC conference”. The latest dates the blocks of rooms we have reserved at different hotels will expire are listed below.
